I designed a meal tracker + a planning page which will help you plan your meals effectively. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!
The meal tracker is where you can write down your meals for in week and record your water intake, and also plan a shopping list so that you don't end up buying unnecessarily!
The planning page is to be used at the beginning of each month, where you can list out your dietary goals and categorize them so that you end up achieving them successfully!
